About the Role:

Lead a dynamic, multi-disciplined team throughout the full project life-cycle, representing one of the most highly-regarded OEM's.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the multi-discipline design and manufacturing of balanced machines.
- Ensure project compliance, engineering standards and fit for purpose design.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Identify potential design flaws and lead design improvements.
- Drive a collaborative approach within a cross-functional team.
About You:
- Tertiary Qualification within Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading engineering teams in a similar environment.
- Experience successfully operating within OEM highly regarded.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple design projects safely and according to schedule.
